There is nothing much to write here except that these guys are charging premium charges for what they refer to as a luxury volvo coach that is extremely poorly maintained.
I had to travel from Bangalore to Chennai and back over the weekend and as all the trains were booked had to go for private bus operators. Unfortunately I picked Sharma when I should have probably gone for a KPN or a Parveen.
I got bitten by beg bugs not once but both times on my onward as well as return journey. The first time I complained the cleaner came and sprayed some insect repellent on the seat, however it never helped. I spent the whole night conducting a "search and destroy" mission to terminate all the bugs myself. I could not even get up and go to work on time because of this.
I lodged a complaint with the office where I booked the tickets, however I haven’t heard from them ever since and dont think I should bother either.
Moral of the story: Unless you are a bed bug dont travel in this bus. There are much better options available.
