We got the Sharp fridge somewhere in 2006, but since it doesnt seem fair that I never reviewed it, thought of spreading the good word.
Actually, I have used Sharp products before and never had to think about service. The same with this fridge also.
Purchased it from the greatest dealer of all times, VIJAY SALES at Opera House, Mumbai. It’s a stone grey color and 2 door as the model number suggests. The thing is so good, it actually freezes my ice cubes in a matter of seconds. Just 5 minutes in the deep freezer and my room temperature water bottle is freezing cold. Now that’s what I call QUALITY!
The fridge is big enough for a family of 2, (mom & me) as in my case. But then also we have fights on whose stuff stays on the top shelves.:)
Initially it worried me that the fridge is getting too hot from the sides, since I left very little space for it to breath from behind. So I left a little 2 inch gap from the wall and the heat from the side of the body also vanished. So that is one thing you all need to remember, when installing a new refrigerator.
Rest everything is ok with it. Not once called Sharp service. No AMC, no maintenance bills, nothing till date.
