Poor Service

I had bought 2 inverter AC. One of them started giving less cooling.


It took 6 days of daily calling to get the service guy at home. He just observed and then gone. Again it took four days of daily followup to get feedback. I had to search for 2-3 people to get some service.


They the company and dealer are pushing the blame on each other. I am suffering.


In todays world 2 weeks to get action is not acceptable. I would advise not to go for Sharp consumer products as they did not seem to be customer centric. Even the call center experience is not so good.
