Good news! Good news! Good news! For all those who complain that their boyfriend/girlfriend doesnt have enough time to talk to them. Take them for this movie and they will talk to you for three continuous hours, because it really is a mammoth task to tolerate this challenge.
Shart! No it?s not a movie. I don?t know what to call it? Was the director out of his mind when he made this film? It would be a lot better to visit a mental hospital than wasting your precious 3 hours watching this wretched flick! It?s a complete let down. Go for it only if you have excess money and time to waste.
Although there is no storyline still I?ll try to tell you some of it. Tushar is a successful guy with a good post in a reputed company. He can do anything to fulfill a challenge. He is engaged and soon to get married to his fiancée Gracie. One day there is an argument between them. Tushar feels love at first sight is nothing more than infatuation whereas Gracie thinks the real love is that which happens at first sight.
So she challenges Tushar to befriend a girl and make her fall in love with him (the girl is none other than Amrita Arora). He accepts the challenge and wins it too! But the problem is now he too starts loving Amrita. So what will he do now? I won?t reveal the climax, as it would be unfair on those who want to watch this flick.
Tushar Kapoor has been horrible as an actor. No expressions, no dialogue delivery, nothing at all to give him points for! Amrita Arora looks pretty and has been average in her performance, nothing really to go gaga about! But the person who has stolen the show this time around is none other than our Gauri of Lagaan ? Gracie Singh.
She has looked amazingly glamorous and impresses with her acting too! Watch this film only and only if you are a die hard Gracie fan because there is nothing else in the movie, which will stop you from pulling you hair in sheer madness!
The rest of the cast has done as much overacting as they could. Even experienced actors like Anupam Kher, Shakti Kapoor and Rajpal Yadav fail to leave any impression what so ever!
The music is the strong point of the movie. Songs are melodious and the beats are good too! But no one goes to watch the movie just for songs. I?d suggest you buy its album rather than going to watch it just for the music.
There isn?t even a single situation in the movie in which the song fits and looks appropriate! It was as if when the movie was completed director somehow managed to fit songs in between. Errrrr???was there a director? I think everyone was doing whatever they wanted to and the product produced is SHART ? THE CHALLENGE!
P.S. If you are going for it no need for advance booking. Theatres are empty you will get the ticket easily!
