Hello mouthshut friends, I am going to say the reasons why SHEESH MAHAL resturant is not up the mark .
1.The decor and ambience is not very good but decent , looks are simple with large paintings mounted on the wall.
I expected a better food according to price which we pay.
2.This resturant has two branches , one the air conditioned and other non a.c.Surely a.c one is far better in ambience and decor but, food is unsatisfactory in both the branches.
3.Presentation quality is worse , the plates are very old and not even washed properly.You will not feel like drinking water in their served glass.
4.Waiters need to improve their discipline and way of serving.Therefore customer service is poor.
5.Even the food is not worthy to be appreciated.Price is little high according to food served.Quantity of food is even less.
My recommendation÷
Overall and in most of aspects the resturant lacks reward and appreciation.I would not recommend this resturant until and unless they improve their presentation quality and other aspects.
