I had seen the advertisement of this shopping site on the facebook. Looking at all the cool stuff I downloaded their app.
They have a very good collection of clothes, really attractive.
but all that glitters is not gold and same in the case of this application .Its about 20 days I had ordered from this app and I haven’t got any delivery date, that up till when I can expect the delivery. Their tracking system is very bad gives you no information about where your shipment really is and in how much time you will receive, an excitement killer.
So I am completely unaware if the order is coming or not.
lately I read reviews on mouthshut about this site which doesn’t really support the quality of the product and size. So I thought of cancelling the order but I got no option to cancel and all I got is to submit a ticket. So I called their customer service, doesn’t really help.
And their return policy is also not good, you have to pay your own for return shipment.
You might find price a bit reasonable but tax, shipping charge, insurance, cash on delivery charge, delivery charge would cost heavy on your pocket.
I would say, not to try this shopping site.A big no.
