I bought a blouse from shein. it was black in colour and size xl. I had read the size chart thoroughly and ordered accordingly. firstly I recieved it not before 10 days, again the top did not fit me. thatt means yoh promise a particular measurement but cant keep your word. I was obviously dissapointed and thought of getting it exchanged. I spoke to the cistomer care unit which was even worse. they asked me to send the top back at my own risk and expense which would sum upto almost the cost of the actual product. thismeans to return a product I had to pay almost the same amount again which I paid to buy it. and with no surity of what would happen in future. will I get my money back? in any case I was anyways paying the bombshell shipping so I ended up deciding keeping the top and just giving it away to a friend. there a re many apps that offer a return pickup of the product if you are not happy with it and you dont have to pay for the return shipping.
