Based on 2 orders ( one ordered in 2016, other in 2018) I’m wrting this. Agreed its still not the conventionally popular shopping site in India but it does what it promises. It has its warehouses outside India therefore complaing about long delivery times doesn’t do full justice. Obviously things take longer cross country because it has to go through numerous checkposts and customs & duties.
Apart from that, their online app is very smooth to use. Customer service is good since I got delivered the asked products in asked sizes. Price isn’t too low since they have to make profit and also ship internationally. Fit was doable except for the accessories which look amateurish irl. Styles available are chic, boho and internationally suitable. Quality is “you get what you pay for” kind, i.e. lower price means all polyester clothings. So no complaints. Polyester is easy to mould, design and looks beautiful sometimes. I haven’t used their cancellation or return services so I can’t comment on that.
