I like to shop very much and I mostly prefer online shopping but after purchasing from shein I really think that online shopping is not that good. the most terrible customer service there is no number to contact on there official website. we have to message on website and till two days there is no reply from them. I ordered 2 leggings and a dress and 2 t shirt these all was of 4500 rs and except 1 t shirt all other product were disgusting the material of the cloths was very bad and the size I ordered and what I received was entirely different. there is no proper exchange policy they doesn’t send any one to collect the material we have to send it by our self to the given address. the delivery time was OK it was delivered in 5 days it was quite quick. app and website is designed nicely but it really doesn’t matter when product and service is poor. you can not rely on the website. I not recommend any one to purchase from this site.
