I don’t think you should visit this hospital. I have explained my reason below.
I visited this hospital on 3rd September 2018 for an eye checkup they charged me 400 rs and when I use the medicines prescribed the infection increased so I visited again the next day morning they asked me to pay additional 100rs, So I asked them that I want to talk to the supervisor because there is no reason to pay additional 100rs. It’s under 24hours and you are asking me to pay again, so they told me to wait because the there supervisor was in the meeting I waited almost 1hour and then they said she is stuck in traffic it will take another 1 hour. Is this the way to handle queries?
I had to pay for the medicines and again for the new medicines and also the follow-up charges. They should at least not take the follow-up charges if it’s in 24 hours.
It is like extortion money if you will not pay we will not treat your eyes properly. They are just there to make money.
