Shell cabs services are not good and customer service is very bad. They don’t even know how to deal with their customer. Whenever l call them to ask for cab they reply very rude but even them l asked to book a cab for me.
When l got the cab and now when l called them back for the confirmation code but l was not able to provide received in code.
So, l request to book a cab as it is urgent for me. Then they took the advantage and said that it will cost me some extra bag. A driver that is very rude they don’t have good experience which l can share above discribed.
They drive very dangerously. This is not good for travelling.
