Conan Doyle seems to become the writer for all ages. The cinema’s potential of his literary works permits to use different screen, visual forms including animation. The spirit of searching common for all his creative works conserved successfully in a new animated movie Sherlock Gnomes as well. It was the first work from Paramount Animation to be completely animated. My talkings with kids of 10-12 in my class after watching it shows their interest and admiring. Especially, they liked a new interpretation of relations among Sherlock, Watson and Moriarty. Events in Chinatown with Manekinos, terrific appearance of Gargoyles and the bottom of the Tower Bridge with gnomes held in are shown in dynamics and soft colours. No doubt, the complex intrigue develop the kid’s mind, that’s why I strongly recommend them to watch this movie.
