Room Quality: Rooms were spacious, clean, well lit and ventilated.
Staff & service: The staff is courteous and well equipped with information and their service was very prompt.
Food& Cuisine: Choices were varied and depending on the users, they used to tweak their menu as well. The package we opted for included breakfast and diner as well.
Ambiance: The place was well surrounded by scenic views due to its terrain. The gardens are well maintained and the lovely music added to the ambiance of the over all place.
Car Rentals: They arranged rental cars within a short notice, and their drivers were well behaved. There is free cab service for to and fro drops to the Mall Road at regular intervals from the hotel.
Value for Money: Definitely. If your budget does not permit the star hotel out there then this hotel would be a good choice.
Overall our stay at this hotel was very pleasing.
