I came to Pullman - Palouse district - for a week-long photography visit. I appreciated staying at the Hilltop Hotel for the rooms were vast, basic and agreeable. This is an extraordinary value esteem combo.
I did get the impression however that the lodging was extraordinarily understaffed. The rooms were not cleaned well consistently.
I particularly question if my room was vacuumed frequently. Likewise, I discovered the kitchen/eating range exceptionally inefficient. Consistently breakfast was served on plastic plates, plastic cutlery, styrofoam glasses. You get the photo.
Environmentally disagreeable. There was a working kitchen by the breakfast range so I don’t know why they couldn’t give us legitimate dish product. We did notice this to the staff a couple times, and by the most recent couple of days they had at any rate put out some legitimate plates and cutlery. However, I’m concerned that they would have slipped once again into the old courses right when we had cleared out.I seek they will roll out these improvements after the staff were truly sweet and the property is decent.
