I would like to share my one of the negative experience with so called cheat company named ShezarTech. They are bloody rogues, scammers & cheaters especially their Business Development people and particularly lady named Moonmun Mukherjee who act as Vice President, but the fact she didn’t deserve a post of Jr. Executive anywhere.Simply Pathetic horrible downmarket lady and I will point the reason for this. Suddenly, 1 fine day my manager got a call from their Executives claiming they want to sell the solutions for HR needs(I really don’t understand how the hell they got the number from) & my manager agreed to see what exactly they need to offer.
After we set a final meeting with my HR head, that pathetic lady with lots of corporate beginning convinced our Management to work with them. Now the funniest part is that witch lady has shown some downstream CSR projects they have worked(which literally no company would be interested to invest a lot of money into) so they look out for cheaper solutions. Even none of their App is functional at all
All set well meetings goes ok, however our HR Management is still in doubt how they will be to cater. But lords know what goes into our mind we said yes to them. The biggest shock came to us that none of their employee were Tech graduates, all were simply freshers from some unknown institutes nor they have an experience in working with the big project. Now craziest thing comes is the delivery and their content lead, I really don’t understand on what part of the world they have came from but they are simply horrible, they need They already charged us the full money, while their product was not even 30% complete and suddenly we discovered the entire protype of our App, even the contents were copied from our competitor who holds copyright infringement and guess what we were warned from external HR for this stuff. The worst part is that don’t feel sorry for doing this! Don’t believe their client base it’s all fraud either they have either outsourced the stuff to some other company or they simply hired freelancers or some talented employees for a project and fired them without paying a single penny(That’s for sure!) I guess. Just like their fake office address in different part of the world they claim, similarly projects they have done are fraud. Please everyone who is reading the stuff, it will be sincere my request if you are willing to invest in then take back your idea or cancel your existing maintainenace contract with them. Look for other E-Learning Solution provider in the market. It’s still 7 months their project we are calling them again & again to see our progress but nothing churns out to be good at all. Everyday our HR department wants to face the embarrassment from our finance department and higher management about what the pathetic mistake we have done. Only reason I am writing this stuff, if want the readers to save themselves or company self-esteem from embarrassment in the market. Please don’t purchase anything from the company named ShezarTech.Check all their products and you will come to know there is no single product that works on real time.
A sincere request to everyone don’t work at all with this company it is either your job will be in danger or you will be fired or replaced anytime because you have wasted or misused the company financial & intellectual resource…
