I don’t know how to describe this place, because I don’t have any words to describe it. This place cannot be described in words, if you need description of this place you must visit SHILLONG. This is one of the best place to spend vacation in INDIA. There are so many places to watch in SHILLONG. Umiam Lake, Wards Lake, Nohkalikai Falls.
The Living Root Bridge, Mawlynnong Village(the cleanest village in Asia), Mawsynram(the place which is famous for highest rainfall in the world), Cherrapunjee, Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak, Mawjymbuin Cave Air Force Museum, Butterfly Museum and many more places. If I start writing all names of the places then this place would be a smaller place to write it. There are beautiful flora and fauna.
The local foods are mouthwatering. Though the place is a bit expensive for the tourist but it is worth it. So please visit SHILLONG and explore it more.
