Shimla is a valley of god, which is a part of Himachal Pradesh surrounded with beautiful vallies and mountains. Shimla is a very peaceful place in Himachal Pradesh, where we can spend our Summer Vacation or Go with our Life Partner for enjoyment. I am single, I go with my family members in the month of April 2004. The climate of Shimla is quite pleasant. I took train ’’ Himalayan Queen’’ from New Delhi Railway Station and reach at ’’kalka’’ at 6:00am Morning, Then I had my breakfast at hotel then take taxi for shimla. It will take 4-5hrs to reach at shimla. I reached at Shimla, where I already booked a Hotel at The Mall-Shimla. I take rest at my hotel room, then go out for site seen in the evening. The main places are: 1. The Mall, 2. Ridge View, 3. Jakhu Parbat, 4. Sankat Mochan- The Hanuman Temple, 5. kufri, 6. Wild Flower Hall, 7. Chail. I suggest you to please visit these places at Shimla. I can brief out about the places in short:
The Mall:- at Mall you can shop everything what you want. Basically, its like a big market where you can shop and enjoyed your vaccation.
Ridge View:- at ridge view there is a church which was built beautifully you have to seen this church from inside and you can enjoy Horse riding at ridge and take beautiful photographs of vallies from ridge.
Jakhu Parbat:- This is the place where a Old Hanuman Temple was built where you have worship Lord Hanuman. In the Dussera time the peoples of shimla celebrate Dussera in a different style.
Sankat Mochan:- This was the worship place in Shimla if you have to plan to visit this place you can take Taxi or Bus to visit. The people of Shimla have a faith that if you want something in your life you can wish and your wish come true. basically this was a old Hanuman Temple. where peoples are visited and make there wishes.
Kufri:- this is a beautiful place where you can see beautiful sites, vallies and also enjoyed riding of Yaks and Horses. There was a huge ground where lots of ice are there where you can enjoyed ski-board or playing with ice balls.
6.Wild Flower hall:- this was a seven star hotel in Charabra, which was very beautifully constructed but 2-3 year back once it was badly burnt and now it was renovated again for tourist attraction.
- Chail:- this place is famous for its beauty and a old Palace Hotel, where you can stay for one day atleast to enjoyed the beautiful climate and see the Palace hotel from inside. There is some more places in chail for site visit like Cricket Ground, Golf club and Ice skating Ground.
Likes & Dislike of Trip:- Well I like my trip very much there is nothing dislikes in my trip. I decided to visit again with my life partner to enjoyed my married life.
