I am from himachal and am studying in solan. Shimla is 45km from here. I had visited shimla many times. So I decided to share my memories with shimla trips. Starting from pleasant weather of solan I took a HRTC bus from solan bus stand and my journey starts. It was winter and month was december. Friends told me about snowfall in shimla. I reached ISBT shimla in two hours. It was very cool and pleasant weather. I can see tourists all the way. Then I took bus for old bus stand and begins my journey to Ridge shimla. It was so awesome. Ridge was looking like white bed sheet of snow due to snowfall. Then I visited Jakhu temple.Jakhu temple is so pretty. Nuisance ia created my monkeys but they dont harm humans generally. After visiting temple I go to Lakkar bazar shimla for buying some things. After that I went for skeeing and then horse riding on ridge. It was wonderful as Christmas was also coming soon in next two days.Then I visited Vidhansabha and Chadwick fall and my last visit was for Summer hill.In shor, Shimla is heaven.Hotel accomodation is very cheap and quite good. People are humble. Local sightseeing makea your day.
