My friend purchased a package was suspended on 1st april and since then lve been consistenly trying to contact them to know the reason for the suspension of my account which is now where mentioned in the email recived by shine.com.
Also, we got a call from one of their executive claming that he is from legal department of shine.co. and he mentioned that we have violated the terms and conditions of their company. regading the same, we have already written to them twice. however we have not recived any justification and reason for any of our below concern.
