As a fresher in the field of computer science, I created an account on this website for job references and various opportunities to get job as a fresher in October 2017. I have been using this website since then and I am very disappointed with the services being provided by shine.com. The job offers being provided do not match my profile and are not at all updated with the companies which provide the job opportunities.
Recently I got a fraud call claiming to be from shine.com only and charged me first Rs. 1600 and then Rs. 3500 for getting a job in Indigo Airlines. Further not satisfied with so much money they asked to pay Rs. 10500 more to get the job letter and details of the job. When I denied to pay the money the person on the phone screamed and talked rudely. After that I informed them to stop all the services and refund me the money which I payed them, till date I did not get my money back and all the phone numbers from which they were calling are switched off.
The major disappointment is that why are data is revealed to such fraud people and why there is no privacy for any user. All the third party consultancy companies are calling on my number and wasting my time for such stuff.
Service and Support:- The service and support of this website is not up to the mark and they don’t provide user any useful information.
Information Depth:- I don’t claim that this website provides the information depth because in some job applications only one line is provided for the company with the job opportunity which is not at all satisfactory for a user who is seeking a good job opportunity.
Content:- The content on this website is not at all updated.There are even the job opportunities from the year 2016 and when we go and look at the company website, it shows that the job has been expired. So disappointing from a user’s perspective as as the hope of a user is destroyed when he/she trusts this website and spends time and energy for creating an account but at the end does not get anything out of such effort.
User Friendly:- The website is not at all user friendly because when you fill in the preferences for the job the you don’t get appropriate and relevant job offers instead you just get irrelevant jobs of no use or of different field.
Time to load:- This website even takes more time to load than other job portal websites. This becomes more annoying when at times this website is able to load properly.
