I want to share my personal experience which I go through from shine.com.I have made my ID for jobs on this site.I am MBA in finance specialization and also done Masters in Commerce(M.Com) and made my job portal on this site.I received many mails from shine.com and every jobs are different from my qualification and due to no experience because I am a fresher they only send me and recommending me experienced job.The following company asking for experienced candidate which I am not but I don’t know why they recommending me so I found that If you are searching for job my opinion is that don’t trust these kinds of site they making you fool.I feel job portal site is are generally dont help you out and I would say that search on newspapers and contact to your friends who are doing in respective or either apply direct to your dream company and prepare for it and also you can consult with legal and trustable job consultancy company they also help you out.
