I had received a call saying that my profile has been selected by a company and that I’ll have to make a payment of 2, 500/- inorder to obtain a reference ID after which I had a telephonic interview. (Note: I asked them around 5 times if I will have to pay any extra charges later on, for which the answer was "NO") two days later I receive a call saying that I cleared the interview and I will have to make a payment of 10, 500/- for the document verification. I payed that and was told that I will have a face-to-face interview in Mumbai after the verification is done. But the very next day after the payment, I get another call asking for 15, 500/- in the name of processing the confirmation letter from the company. I asked for two days time as it didn’t make any sense to me and also ask them to send a receipt stating that my documentation process has begun. I didn’t get the recipet so I call them and say that I will not be making the payment and that I would like to request for the refund of the amount paid so far (I have two mails that says my money would be refunded). But I was denied for a refund saying that I tried fooling them by delaying the processing time and the so called "MR. Rakesh Verma" who claimed to be the HR head connected the call to some advocate who barely let me talk anything and said that a legal complaint has been filed against me for delaying the process and talking in a harsh way to them ( they expect me to talk to them like politely after knowing that my money wouldn’t be refunded). I was also told that they are gonna summon me in the court and that I’ll be made to pay a fine of 1 lakh rupees. All I want to convey is that, don’t fall for the fake offers and salary packages proposed by these scammers. Go for such services only if they are free of cost.
