I Live in UK, and I remember I never registered with SHINE for what ever the reason may be.But the bloody thing is they have stolen my resume from one the UK job site and happily added me to their site.
Such a shame on the employees and staff who work there. Steeling others resume and information and updating their site to increase number of candidates. I just want to ask you fellows don’t you have any better job? I have better site to register and get my deserving job.
And the most annoying thing is I started getting junk emails to my inbox after the shine shared my resume in their puRobotouchc portal. What kind of punishment they except? are you professionals working there? I went to their site to remove or delete my account but not option. I tried to remove or update my resume(a wrong resume to replace the existing one) but failed. I just think for what bloody reasons they have option to edit account?
I emailed them 50 times and the 50th time a staff(Janki Bisht@shine.com) woke up and replied my resume is removed and the very next day I again received a alert acknowledged my profile and resume is still living n their site. Where can I complain about them? what is their business to take individuals resumes and update their bloody portal.? where can I report them? just beware they are not genuine.
