Biggest fraudsters.! I got call from Shine and first they asked to pay Rs.3659 for registration again I got call asking for Rs.5192 for verification. I clearly asked them if any other charges to be paid, they said no. Again, they asked Rs.9556 for reliving letter verification. Now they are asking for Rs.17, 500 for some reason.
