Quite surprisingly, today Shipra Mall charged me 60 rupees for parking of 10 mins. They are so money minded and customer unfriendly that when I told them that due to emergency I had to come and leave the mall, they made me wait, refused to return money because after waiting it had been 21 minutes whereas car was parked for only less than 10 mins. They are cheats and cheat public who gives them living.
