Okay, been using shiprocket from quite sometime now but since last 3-4 months a scam is going on in Shiprocket. We suggest you to go for other services if you do not want to ruin your business.
What is the SCAM?
They will not delivery your order and give some reason, so you will also pay for RTO. This way they will earn more from you.
They will only show you those courier partners who are indulge in this SCAM with Ship rocket. Meaning, you will not find other good courier partners who will actually deliver your product.
It will be too late till you realize that the RTO issue is not genuine and they are doing it to earn more money from you.
Shiprocket was good earlier but now it is a SCAM.
Hope Shiprocket leadership will get back some sense and business ethics.
PS: Also, once you recharge your wallet in Shiprocket, the deductions will like anything, you will be confused how and why your wallet is always go zero so quickly, they deduct money just like that, once for high courier price and then for FAKE RTO. You just pay and pay till you realize it is a SCAM company.
