I ordered a pickup on 17/04/2025. AWB #:14112352205917.
Today is 22/04 & the package has still not been picked up.
It got reassigned & lots of mess!
The courier pick up guys have lied to the company that a pickup attempt was made but the package was not ready!
Total lies.
Ive requested call back on the Help section of the Shiprocket app.
No call backs!
I wrote an email, no response!
I had to search the internet to find their contact number & called the customer care service.
Absolutely pathetic service.
The call centre staff struggles to understand the issue & places us on mute unnecessarily.
Its a nightmare dealing with them.
Im regretting why I used Shiprocket courier service.
This is the second time Im suffering due to their inefficiencies.
Im considering going to the consumer court & press for a compensation.
