This is my story so far. Not able to log in from the 15+ days. Not able to use the app for shipping. log in error. The first couple of days, I thought there may be my mistake. I changed the password a few times and really waited when my account is blocked. Spent a few hours. Finally raised a complaint. Complaint number: 2296154, 2296166, 2296167. After raising a complaint - 1) Folllowed up with email every day. No response 2) Followed up with call everyday. Everytime they waste my time by keeping the call on hold and asking me try again. Did this for a week or so continuously. Finally fed up and frustrated and now deleting the app.
Update: After 2 hours tech support lead called asked the same thing. Login and see. I told him youre wasting time. He replied back "You are also wasting my time. My time is valuable as well" This is how customer support team replies.
