I am utterly disappointed with Shiprocket’s services. I strongly advise against using this app at all costs. The service provided by Shiprocket is extremely poor and frustrating. They have completely failed to fulfill their basic responsibilities, such as timely pickups.
I had scheduled a pickup for my recent shipment on the 8th of June 2023, and today is the 13th, yet the pickup has not been done. I have reached out to them via email and phone calls, but their support is utterly useless. Even their so-called senior desk, represented by an individual named Sadyam, has proven to be utterly incompetent. Sadyam asked me to wait and assured me that the pickup would be completed within 24 hours. However, it has been over 84 hours now, and the pickup remains pending.
The customer support provided by Shiprocket is nothing but a means to escalate the issue, which we can easily do from our dashboard. Apart from that, they are completely useless. They have not provided any updates or resolutions for my problem. Every time I called, they claimed to have escalated the issue, but I have received no response to those escalations.
Shiprocket does not deserve its status as a unicorn company. Their service is shockingly poor, and I strongly discourage anyone from using Shiprocket. It will only lead to a terrible customer experience. Boycott Shiprocket and look for alternative options that value their customers and provide reliable services.
