Shiprocket service is quite bad, rather quite fck’ed up. The customer care is insensitive and lies through its teeth. Never lives up to what it says.
It’s better to go with Speed Post of India Post than rely on Ship Rocket. Issues escalated are rarely resolved and answers never given.
