Shiraz is a name which comes to one’s mind when he/she’s thinking of biriyani just next to Arsalan and Alibaba. Quality is nice and supreme though sometimes it does fail to satisfy its customers. Quality of rice should improve or else it will not be able to stay in the race of restaurants now that so many restaurants are in this field. I won’t say that this is a value for money deal because at times i’ve felt my entire money has been wasted. Although arsalan and alibaba charge more than shiraz still the quality and taste is far better than that of shiraz. It is also not customer-friendly which is the biggest step for doing business. Overall i’m not at all satisfied with this restaurant, though it has the potential to improve only if the management cares for it.
