I am writing this review because I have chosen Shirke’s Kitchen based on reviews available online. So here I am giving my genuine review. I approached their Wakad branch and found that their approach is not at all professional.
They take customers for granted. And it was proved when I approached them thrice. For my flat I confirmed visit timing for measurement of my kitchen but they did not bother about my time. Regarding timeliness forget about product delivery, they even don’t follow up for new customers.
I found the customer service pathetic. Just saying sorry doesn’t mean the service is good. I don’t know about others but I found their customer service pathetic. I would give them 0 out of 5.
