Hello Friends, Shiv Bhandar Sweet shop situated in Nishatganj lucknow is not trustworthy at all. I may share my experience why I am saying so. go to below and read.
Food Quality- guys shiv bhandar sweets use khoya from local wholesale market. We all know about the local market’s product. only mix and contaminated products are sold there. Good sweet shops make khoya on their own.
Presentation- Well presentation is not good. in laddus there is no topping. in chhena mithai same problem. The moment you ask for mix sweets. they give you simple and normal peda, barfi thats all.
Ambience- Nishatganj is very crowdy and narrow market with busy railway crossing. there is a local vegetable market also near Shiv bhandar. so the ambience is very cheap out there. even in the shop ambience is not good.
Customer service- Well as far as customer service is concerned, it is ok. you just place your order and after some time they get your order.
Value for money- Well guys In Shiv bhandar all sweets and other product rates are as same as any other big shop. So I think it’s not intelligent action to buy sweets from them. they could be contaminated. Thank You
