Recently I had hired the services of shiv Ganga packers & Movers operating from Manimajra town for packing, loading, transporting, unloading unpacking & rearrangement( At destination) my personal effects
from Nangal(Pb.) to Vijaipur in Distt: Guna(MP).
Normally a truck load would have costed me Rs 25000/- only but I hired the services of the Shiv Ganga Packers & Movers to save myself from botheration of packing, unpacking and rearrangement. The operator had promised to send a party from their Bhopal or Indore office at destination for unpacking and rearrangement. I paid a lumpsum amount of Rs 47000/-for their value added services against normal 25000/- .
At destination point, I discovered to my horror that no representative from the packer side was present to undertake the process of unloading and rearrangement. All my request to the packer to fell on deaf ears. Ultimately the truck driver got the items dumped with the help of the local untrained labour.
The promised service was not delivered by the packer. Further I had to suffer mental harassment and material
loss on account of un professional handling of the valued items.
It is requested that a track be kept on this unscrupulous operator so that they don’t fleece public in future operating
