I had heard about this place from many people and it had been in my wishlist from a long time. Finally today I went there and had Chinese for which it was famous. The horrible experience which I had is narrated below-
Food & Presentation ( 2/5) - The food was not hot & spice , which is quite opposite of what is expected from Chinese dish. The taste very bad specially when you have such high expectation. The food presentation was average looking to the price segment and which is why the rating for this segment goes to 2 rather than 1.
Ambience ( 2/5) - The ambience to average and sitting was also similar to a normal chinese joint. Due to it’s small sized area you might get troubled in placing order during rush hour.
Customer Service ( 2.5/5) - The time they take to prepare your order is quite long, so long that we got frustated. Just because of the behaviour of the manager I raised the rating to 2.5
Value for money ( 2/5) - Since the taste is too bad and also the service is not up to the mark, the rating can’t be raised above this.
