I have been frequently travelling by Shivneri volvo between Mumbai and Pune for past 2 - 3 years. Earlier it was okay. However past couple of months I am seriously noticing a lot of degradation in its service and performance.
Doing an advance booking has become a more problem that a solution. Buses get cancelled or are simply late by 1 - 1.5 hours as a norm now.
The average wait time for you is over 1 - 1.5 hours whereas they claim buses every half an hour. It’s pathetic and extremely time wasting these days.
