Have you seen the recent bowling action of Shoib? Not only has his action changed but also he has lost his earlier speed, variety & rythm.His balls during the recent test versus England resembled ver much like first class cricketers.The pace & the lethal bouncers & yorkers which had earlier caused panic among the batsmen & had always held them to the back foot has all disappeared.In fact in this present juncture, he could hardly find a place in any team’s eleven.There is hardly any line length in the balls & swing is almost absent.Of course the cricket lords & the media are responsible for killing Shoib’s talent.One also could hardly see the killer instinct of Shoib who earlier always used to go for a kill in his every delivery.It’s really understandable that bowlers do not find comfortable in their changed actions.So in this circumstances, shoib should take some time off from high level cricket in order to master his changed action & gain control of his past skills.At the present level, even the tailenders face Shoib’s deliveries with utmost perfection & he is never seen as a threat anymore.Today Shoib’s ball lacks confidence & variety as a result of which he cannot be coined as a matchwinner but an ordinary bowler
