I bought 2 products online from their site and post that like any other online shopping exp this time this was the worst of all..post I didn’t like the fitting of the clothing I requested returns they insisted they didn’t have a return pick up policy. After insisting they committed that Blue Dart will pick up the return on Tuesday 6th Aug 2013 and surprisingly after entire day of waiting no one turned.
Disappointment landed big time when several times I called on their customer care no. to follow up over return pickup and half of the time it was CALL WAITING and other half kept ringing and no one ans. it seemed purposely calls were ignored. I felt as if my rs.2600 worth shopping experience was a waste of time and money.
Not even a bit of shopping online from this website has been fruitful. #hopeless #angry #disappointment
