Hello friends I bought a intex mobile from shopcj.com delivery is very good but I found a faulty mobile a dead mobile in it . Then I called to starcj helpline number then they said that click a pic of this and send us our courier boy come and collect this mobile within 72 hours . But after 7 days anyone didn’t come then I again call to shopcj helpline number then they reply same and said wait for 15 days. Then after 15 days no one come then I decided to go for service centre they also said that you have made complaint of this mobile we can not repair this mobile and after this I also called customer care of shopcj they also reply same till this date after 1 year anyone can’t come and take this mobile from shopcj company. This is the reality of this site . so think 100 time before buying anything from shopcj.com
