I order lot of stuff online for me and my family. I have tried most of the online shopping websites. I came to know about shopcj through TV, they show some amazing deals on the TV. I bought from shopcj many a times and most of the times the experience was good, though I am not very happy with their website or app, which is not very user friendly.
But I am not happy with my last order, actually I have placed an order on their website after checking the deal on TV, they have not sent me the complete order, All the offer or free products was missing. When I contacted the customer care they keep on giving me different excuses.
I guess I contacted them more the 100 times over the phone and email for a period of 3 months, after 3 months, I have posted my complaint on consumer board, then I got a call from shopcj customer care, they apologized and offered me a gift coupon in the lieu of free gift, the customer care executive told me that the free products was not available, so I accepted the gift voucher.
But afterward, when I checked their website, they were selling the same deal with the same free products. So I am not happy with their customer care.
