I ordered Nutri Glow Facial Kit of 23 pcs that was delivered on 1st Jan’16 but the kit was damaged so I cancelled the order the same day & after that it was picked up after 10 days on 12th jan whereas shopcj promised that it will be picked up & money will be refunded within 7 working days. But since today that is 19th jan’16 they have not contacted me for my account details & don’t even know whether they have received it back or not.
For delivering the product, they took just one day but for reverse pickup they took 10 days & the courier person din’t even have my correct mobile number.
Its really a pathetic company to order for as they are just befooling customers and delivering damaged products and not even refunding customer’s money.
Please don’t order from them & try to communicate this review to others also so that they be saved from this fraud company.
04/04/2016- I am still waiting for any response from them but they are not at all bothered as its a bogus company and just taking customers for granted just to earn easy money.
So please guys beware of them.
