I Go to this site almost one month ago.I buy a product from shopcj via see ad in T.V as it look very cool and suitable in T.V ads but when it comes in my home I am shocked that what I buy. What I tell you about customers support they take tooo much time to pick up call and at that time we are getting aggressive too much and the app/website layout and design is worthest of worst ever! And you don’t believe that they deliver my product in more than 1 and half wekk which normally take 3-4 working days.The Customer Services are also not good.so at last I want to say that it was a very bad experience.
