Today I want to review regarding a shopcj.com.Today I want to share my Horrible experience regarding this website as how this people misguided and cheat me. As I purchase a electrox microwave oven from 8 month ago to this website.My order number 2016060506874. As I saw their promotion on tv in which they offered to oven sell 1595+150(postal) charges.So I go to their website and order the product and made my payment with sbi debit card.So I have got a message that it will arrive in your address within 5 working.But really it takes 15 day to come my address.When it was successfully delivered to my registered address when I am going to operate it is not working so I took instruction manual from box and read the instruction properly then I again operate it but is not working.I took oven and go near my repairing shop.When repairman check it he said it is defective and it is second hand.Really I was shocked Then I realize why they sell it to such a cheap price.Then I suddendely contact straight to shopcj customer. When I contact them and tell my whole problem they tell me sorry sir the inconvenience you faced.So I said I don’t want sorry you just refund my amount.So they said sorry sir it is refunded by electrox company.so I said provide me dealer number they provide dealer number.I contact straight to dealer and telling my whole problem they also said same word very simply sorry sir so I said collect your product here and refund my money so they said OK sir we refund your money so they said me to provide invoice number I said I had not getting any invoice number with this box.so they sorry sir without invoice number we are doing nothing.So they tell sir contact shop CJ customer care so I contact CJ customer care and telling him please provide me my product invoice number.So they said OK sir we are send it to your mail so they mail my invoice number which is 201701256728764 in my mail id and when I contact to dealer and telling him my invoice number he said which shock me WRONG INVOICE NUMBER really I can’t believe how you reputed site doing such a nasty locomotion with customer.I again call shopcj customer care and give my product description and they provide me same invoice number and delear reply also same wrong invoice number.I contacted 20 times daily for confronting my money but they always replied me same thing.Till 8 month my amount is not credited to my account.I send a lot of mail their senior, executives mail but nothing happened.They also blacklist me because they think I call them unnecessary.So all reader don’t purchase anything from this website.Dont believe their advertisments.They are here to loot customer money.They are selling roadside mall.so don’t waste you money like me.Thank you
