Ordered SanDisk 32GB Ultra Class-10 Micro Sd Memory Card+ Adpater Free Sealed Pack(Code: 4040988) through order no: 17315043 on 26 Jul 2014, 12:46 AM for Rs.787 on ShopClues. When the product failed, I approached SanDisk.com for Warranty, when I found that I received a counterfeit product. I forwarded the confirmation mail from SanDisk as requested by ShopClues, and they arranged for a reverse pickup after a long delay.
When BlueDart tried to deliver the reverse pickup, they kept refusing to accept it. This went on from Nov 27 to Dec 6. After they received the product, there was no followup. I kept calling them and mailing them, and finally, I received Rs.387 as refund in January 2015. When I asked for the reason for partial refund, they said that I had only returned the Adapter and not the Memory Card.
If that was the case, why didnt they communicate to me about it from Dec 6 to Jan 20 when I questioned about the partial refund? Again I kept mailing them, and they kept responding with the same copy-pasted response, telling me that refund process is complete, and that I should contact my bank.
On Jan 22, 2015, I received a mail saying my request for a full refund has been forwarded to the concerned team. Here is the mail I received from them:
"ShopClues Support, Jan 22, 5:03 PM:
Dear Ajanth,
Thank you for contacting ShopClues.com.
This is with reference to your query regarding order #17315043.
We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We have forwarded a request to our concerned team for full refund and we will try our best to get you a resolution on priority.

When I did not receive any update, I mailed them again, and now theyre sending the copy-pasted emails once again. I am contemplating legal options against them for this fraud.
