ShopClues has a wrost customer service.It’s customer helpine is always to reach, Once ever you connected by luck the replies from customer executive will makes you angry and You realise that why shuold you ordered or paid for such product.
Sometimes when you ordered something like more than 1 item may be possible that any items are missing bacZ I’ve experienced such incident.
Product Quality : -
Products are ShopClues are no doubt cheaper in price but when you open the seal of box which you recieved from courier boy, You realise that It is totally waste of your money.Sometimes Products parts are missing from the box or the quality of product is totally worst.
Delivery Time : -
Timing of delivery is not always exact but also sometimes times Shopclues delievers you the product before the delivery date.So it’s delivery timing is average. But I also have a experience that I got a call from ShopClues that my ordered product is no longer available and it happen after 4 days of ordering the product.
App and Website : -
A very slow processing App by ShopClues and Website has the same problem.Sometimes you tap on options but nothing happens and App shows only home screen. A very bad quality of product images and description too.It has to increase the both Image quality and product description.It charges a extra amount for COD payment as a name of COD processing fee, while we are already paying the Courier charge, Such a disgusting thing.

It’s a like joke to be reliable on ShopClues. It has to improve above discussed topics to making customers reliable on it.
