It is the worst shopping site in india as I want to share my one incident that I purchased a guitar from shopclues on dated 30 june 2016 and they took 3 weeks to deliver it to my house and then I unboxed it, it was not having strings in it so I place the return reqest for that So, they taken the action after 3 months and take my product with them and at the time of refund they taken again 2 months to transfer it in my bank account which was horrible, That’s why I hate shopclues and from then only I haven’t purchased anything from shopclues
