This is 2nd time when this happened while shopping through Shopclues app. I ordered a hukkah which was of 350 Rs and it took normal delivery time but the product I got was not the product which I ordered and this is not happening for the first time.
Shopclues is not reliable and cannot trust when it comes to shopping for big and important events as you dont want to take chance before any big occasions.
It made me so frustrated because I didnt had time fir the returning of the product and again waiting for its delivery so I have to keep that with me and ordered another hukkah later on from different site.
If it was happened only once then it could be considered misplacement of the delivery but two times in a row will make anyone mad at the company.
They should work on this very hard to satisfy customers need and to regain the trust of people by minimizing such mistakes.
