Fake product in name of samsung , worst online sit

My brother had purchased a samsung mobile from shop clues and the phone we received is duplicate phone from china, and the customer care doesnt even response. Please dont buy from this cheater. Worst site for buying online. Do buy from better sites rather than going for shopclues.
