Neither product nor money got refunded

I ordered on August25, and its been 20 days and I didn’t get the product. Its very difficult to get in contact with customer service. They don’t reply to e-mails.


They say it will be delivered in 48hrs. Dont buy anything on shopclues. Order is lessthan 100 but for calling nd the waiting on call for customer service I spended 60bugs till now
