I ordered Micromax canvas hd 116 battery few days back, today morning I received the product but when I put it in to my phone it is not working. I also went to the Micromax care they told me this battery is fake, they have shipped you the fake battery, it is made of rubber from upper side, it will not work in phone kindly give them back ask for the genuine one.
I am totally surprised with the Shopclues how can they advertise the false information about the product in their portal. I will escalate this matter to the highest level because this type of service is not at all accepted. My order no is 8536045.
